Hello. I’m Ellen, the founder of a holistic practice in Huizen. Here, I provide a safe and welcoming space for adults and children to embark on their journey of healing and growth.
My Mission
From a young age, I sensed that life goes beyond what meets the eye. I believe in the power of the universe as a supportive force in our journey toward personal growth, and this belief has always driven my desire to help others.
In today’s complex world, we face increasing challenges from trauma, stress, and the struggle to focus on what truly matters. My mission is to help people overcome trauma, break through limiting beliefs, and equip them with lasting transformation and healing tools.
My Journey
This Lady Connects was born out of my struggles. During a difficult time marked by burnout, family issues, and the loss of my father, I had to confront my unresolved trauma and emotions. I felt lost—emotionally and physically.
Through the support of both medical and holistic professionals, I embarked on a five-year journey of self-discovery.
Techniques like Reiki, breathwork, and connecting with my higher self led me to rediscover who I am and find my purpose: helping others heal.
Why I Do This
I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative power of releasing trauma and creating space for inner peace and clarity. This liberation inspired me to support others facing similar challenges.
At This Lady Connects, I integrate techniques such as Interoceptive Trauma Awareness, Talking to the Chakras (TTC), and Fascia Release to restore balance to the body and mind. Are you seeking clarity, inner peace, or guidance through a challenging time?
